Then you can return it easily and conveniently via our service portal and generate your return label. We charge a fixed return fee for returns from Germany and Austria - transparent and easy.
Your parcel was not delivered by DHL or you live outside these countries?
In the case of forwarding deliveries or shipments to other countries, return shipping is individual. In this case, please contact our customer service directly - we will be happy to help you!
Are you from near Fulda?
