You don't like the item or it doesn't fit? You want to return the item? You want to exchange the item for another size?

We grant an extended right of withdrawal of 30 days. Within this period you can return the purchased items free of charge for a refund or exchange without giving any reason. Please send the goods back to us complete, in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please understand that we do not accept items that show signs of use. For the return shipment within Germany (except bulky goods) we have enclosed a return label to your package. If you would like to return a bulky goods delivery or goods from abroad, please contact our service team. 

The legal guarantee regulations apply. Should a purchased product become damaged within the warranty period stipulated by the manufacturer, we will gladly forward this to the respective manufacturer/supplier, who will then decide on repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a claim until it has been confirmed by the manufacturer/supplier. We will do our best to process your individual case as quickly as possible.

What do I do in case of transport damage?

Please check the ordered articles for completeness and intactness IMMEDIATELY after receipt of the goods. If possible, have any damage to the packaging or the goods themselves noted directly by the supplier.
