The Therm-A-Rest ProLite™ Apex™ R sleeping mat is ultra-light and ultra-functional. The self-inflating mat achieves the best warmth-to-weight ratio of all mats of this type: the StrataCore construction is based on extra layers of special insulating foam integrated into the actual mat structure. In addition, an effective ProLite fabric is used to protect you from the cold during three seasons. After unfolding the foam, the ProLite™ Apex™ R offers a thickness of 5cm, the firmness can then be adjusted by a few breaths as desired
