Additional fees - bulky goods
For bulky goods, which is shipped by freight forwarding, we charge an additional shipping surcharge of 90€. The shipping price is displayed in the order completion. Once the goods have been shipped, the shipping company will contact you by phone within 3 business days to arrange an unloading date. The delivery will be made to the curb.
Shipping to non EU countries
After entering a shipping address to a non-EU country, the displayed prices in the shopping cart without VAT. The shipping costs include free delivery, packaging costs and provision of customs of the customs documents. The taxes applicable in the respective country of destination, fees and customs costs are borne by the recipient (customer).
Express delivery (DE)
For express delivery we charge 9,95€. You pay this delivery service conveniently via PayPal, credit card, direct debit or on invoice (online only). For your online order with Express delivery, possible from Mon.-Fri. to 15 clock, you will receive the desired the next working day the desired, deliverable items (no bulky bulky goods). Express delivery on holidays and abroad is not possible.
