With the Akto Trekking Tent from Hilleberg you have chosen a 1-person tent from the Red Label series, which is erected with only one pole bend. Due to the fact that the entrance door and vents are completely closable, the tent is also suitable for activities in the cold season.

Tunnel construction for best tent comfort

The Hilleberg Akto is pitched with only one aluminum pole. Thus, it has the typical tunnel shape, which provide the best space-to-weight ratio. When all guy lines are taut, a tunnel tent stands securely and stably in the wind. To ensure optimal stability, the pole channels are cut so large that a second pole can be inserted.
Because the inner tent is already hung in, your sleeping space will stay dry even if you have to pitch your Akto in the rain. The outer tent is stretched to the ground, which is a typical feature of all-season tents. The vestibule, which is created at the entrance, gives you space to store your shoes dry or even to run a stove.
The four small, integrated poles at the head and foot ends provide a comfortable height for you to sleep comfortably. There are vents at the ends of the Akto that can be opened or closed with a zipper. The ventilation in the upper part of the tent is convenient to operate from the inside.
