The Hornet OSMO 2P from Nemo Equipment is the perfect Trekking Tent for those looking for tents with as much space and as little weight as possible. This tent is made from the ultralight version of the OSMO fabric. The OSMO fabric is a blend of nylon and polyester and combines the best properties of the two fabrics. It stretches 3x less when wet and is 4x more water repellent than all comparable materials.

Tent features

The Hornet OSMO 2P is characterized by its minimal pole structure made of ultra-light DAC Featherlite aluminumPoles, which can be erected in the shortest time. Thanks to the volume-increasing flybar, the Trekking Tent gains even more space. The volume in the foot area is increased by the reflective triangle bracing and corner braces. This protects sleeping bags from condensation on the tent walls. The inner tent has a raised floor pan for ample privacy and as protection from drafts on the ground. Since the inner tent is pitched first in the Hornet OSMO 2P, it can be used without the outer tent in nice weather.
When the outer tent is stretched over the inner tent, a vestibule is created in front of both entrances for additional storage space for your gear. The inner tent can be attached to the outer tent with guy ropes, creating even more space in the tent.
The unique rectangular Divvy Cube stuff sack allows you to conveniently transport the Hornet OSMO 2P Trekking Tent. The pack can be compressed in two stages so that when you attach the Poles separately to the pack, your tent will also fit comfortably in the sleeping bag compartment of the pack. If you are traveling in pairs, you can also share the weight of the tent during transport.
